External Research Resources

This site has always sought to assemble and organize materials to support the broad community of credit risk researchers and managers. But we do not need to re-create excellent (and well maintained) utilities where these already exist elsewhere on the Internet.  These right-hand-side Reference boxes give ready assess to three such resources:

  1. Digital Object Identifier (DOI®):    What is DOI?  DOIs are widely used to give a permanent/persistent URL to digital documents.  They are commonly used for published journal article, although some journals do not yet utilize them.
  2. Google Scholar:    What is Google Scholar? Nothing is flawless, but massive search engines can often reveal astonishing results.
  3. Research Papers in Economics:    What is RePEc?  RePEc is the largest curated collection of scholarly works with indexed citations and author collections.

Why do some papers on DefaultRisk lack a 'Reference box'?

While we continue testing this system, our rollout will be deliberate and perhaps slow.  The first papers to receive a 'Reference box' will be those with all three above resources -- not all papers are so fully populated.

How can I report an error?

We will setup a more formalized comments system, but for now we welcome your error-reports and comments via our usual, contact me page.
